We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the time if arrival until we check out, the staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change would be the layout to where the TV could be viewed from the sofa. As it it we could only see the TV from the bed. Other than that....it was excellent!

Last minute need for over night place to stay. Never stayed in a Towneplace Suites. It was a wondeful surprise to have high ceilings, a kitchen, nicely decorated. My only complaint about many hotels of this level is the lobby having too strong scent of fruity room freshener. Our room did not have that smell it was perfectly clean and comfortable!! I could stay a lot longer in a room like Towneplace Suites. Staff were friendly too!

No hot water at check in and in the morning. Told the front desk and nothing was done about it. Morning agent tried to offer points but couldn't find my Bonvoy account...probably been purged from the system. Doors were extremely LOUD closing...more like every door slammed on its own. Had to be VERY careful not to make noise but that didn't stop others from making noise.
