Pensacola Condo

Our bedroom TV did not work, i contacted the property manager and they said they would send someone out - no one ever came and the tv was never fixed, there is no opportunity to be able to have guests over to visit for a pool day, however there is a sign that the tiki bar is open to the public- - yet my son couldn’t visit us at the pool, the condo details say dvds music board games, couldn't find any of that, the free admission for excursions was a joke, it's free for one person, that's deceiving and should be clarified in the booking. We will not be staying here again.

At first glance the condos look adorable. Upon entering there are roacheson the porch and inside the

There were roaches on the porch of the house and inside as well crawling about the refrigerator and on the floors of the restroom. Contacted the owner and the realstate office nothing was fixed. Items that were left in the room were very limited. The washer and dryer seemed to be ok until different pieces of our clothing we getting stuck in the sides of the dryer putting oli makes on our clothing and-swimsuits thay has come off. The rail going up to the condo was really loose. And the lower steps werent securied enough or possibly at all. The bed was really uncomfortable as there was not a box springs in the room. In the restroom there was week spot on the floor that we had to continually stay away from. Some of the things that were left unfinished are big safetly hazords. We would not stay there again and we will not recommend this place to anyome. We paid way too money for it to be just a so so place, we shloud of just went with a hotle room . All of construction going on in the neighborhood so parking was really minimal.
