Great location on the beach

The condo gave our party of 5 plenty of open space. Property manager was good at sending texts to me each step of the way. Balcony large & well furnished. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with its own bathroom, a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean & sunrise. Place was very clean. The kitchen had dishes & silverware but were all mismatched (we made it work) but no soup or salad bowls. Wish we could have had the balcony doors open as it was colder outside & we could have enjoyed the breeze. Cons. Details on layout of the facilities ie, pool, gym. Too many passcodes; elevator was the worst to operate! 2 Teflon fry pans are unsafe to use (badly scratched up) & need to be replaced! Sofa starting to show its age in the springs.A past occupant smoked & stashed their butts in the corner of the balcony, it was missed by cleaning crew. Aside from any cons we would still return & recommend this condo.

Awesome place

Great Family Vacation

We love the location and have visited this area for years. The condo was spacious and provided plenty of space for our young grandchildren to spread out and play when we were all inside. The bedrooms are also spacious making it better for all you have to travel with when you have young children. The design of the complex is great knowing you don’t have much walk by traffic on your floor. The furniture was comfortable which isn’t always the case. Thanks for a great place for our family to enjoy each other for a few days!

Amazing Condo

Great stay and easy to communicate with manager. The only complaint I have is though it stated there was construction going on, I never thought there would be constant drilling and workers right outside our window and at one point they were on the porch without anyone informing us beforehand. I spoke with management and they gave us a small inconvenience fee. I really appreciated their response. We would definitely stay again.

Beach trip perdido key

The location is great, and beach and pool access are ideal! The only complaints I have about this property is the door into the property was very difficult to get into with the key provided. You had to have the key just right to get it unlocked and sometimes that wasn’t easy to do! Also, the property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There was still coffee grounds and filter from previous tenants left in coffee maker and spots all over the guest bath mirror. I don’t think it was cleaned at all! Everything else was great!

Spacious condo, we loved the covered balcony and seeing sunrise views.

Even though master bath was in the process of being remodeled we didn't mind. The condo was very comfortable and for us 60+ gals the walk to the beach was easily done. We loved the covered patio/balcony and watching the sunrises and sunsets. After hours check-in was a little frustrating when we arrived and better instructions on where to pick up the condo keys, find the elevator button at the condo and then operate the elevator would have made our long trip less frustrating. God sent a guest angel to help us. Once we made it to our condo we greatly enjoyed our vacation. We love the Perdido Key area away from some of the busyness towards Orange Beach. The office staff was very helpful the next morning in providing a hair dryer which even though listed none were to be found in the condo and a bigger than 4 cup coffee maker which wouldn't work for 5 women was delivered to our door. They also helped us navigate how to operate DVD player and Cable TV since there were no instructions.
