Come and relax on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key, Florida! This Gulfside condo is in the newly remodeled Windemere condominiums located between Gulf Shores, Alabama and Pensacola Beach, Florida. Windemere is just 20 miles from the Pensacola,FL Airport and approx. 10 minutes to the world famous Blue Angels air base.

This spacious 2 bedroom condo offers all of the amenities of home. Quality furnishings, full kitchen, flat screen tv's, double vanities, separate shower and garden tub in the master bathroom, and a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico! The sunsets are incredible! This 9th floor unit is high enough to escape the ground level noise(pool, beach, etc.) but low enough to capture the relaxing sound from the soothing Gulf waves! Condo access is by combination lock. NO KEYS TO KEEP UP WITH!!

Windemere has an elevated pool located on the 3rd floor with a large sun deck. There is a beautiful boardwalk that will lead you to the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf. You may also want to BBQ with the family at our new grilling area after a long day on the beach!

This condo was perfect and the host was very responsive. There is a bin down by the showers where departing guests leave their chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc so you may not need to buy any. We sat on the balcony every day drinking coffee and watching all the sea life. In our one week stay, we saw dolphins every morning- even saw one jump in the air, saw a manatee, a sea turtle, and a manta ray also jump in the air. The beach is soft white sand and very clean. The water is crystal clear and turquoise and blue. It was a wonderful relaxing experience and we’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful vacation!

Everything was pretty perfect! Parking was convenient and easy. Condo was comfortable and clean. Wonderful view from the patio. We loved watching the osprey and pelicans fly right in front of us. We left with the intention to return next year or sooner!

Close to all the stores. Wonderful views. Saw dolphins and sea life everyday! Only disappointing thing was the record breaking snow which we had come down to escape from up North! Actually the novelty of 9" of snow down there was fun. Who would have thought you would see snowmen on the beach!

This was our 4th year staying at Perdido Key, and 3rd year staying at Windermere. This condo building is perfect for us! Beach/ pool are close, close to a couple restaurants, and far enough away from the Flora-Bama where you can easily drive there

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Bill was so helpful and easy to work with. Everything was as represented in the listing. The balcony is large and private with an amazing view of the beach. It is located within easy walking and driving distance to endless options of food and entertainment. There is also a Publix about 5 minutes away for your grocery needs while you are there visiting. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location with stunning view!

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom very spacious condo on the 9th floor. We really appreciated the stunning ocean views from the higher floor, as we also stayed on the 4th floor which does not offer the same views! The condo was fairly well stocked for most of our needs, but there was no beach gear (chairs, umbrella). Highly recommend this condo and this complex as it is centrally located on a beautiful white sand beach with a stunning beach/ocean view from the condo, and the owner was very responsive to our emails and calls.
