House was perfect for what we needed when we had all the family in town. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. House was well kept, clean, smelled great, and had everything we needed during our stay. Booking was easy and the hosts kept us informed and offered any assistance if it was needed. Would definitely book this house again in the future.

Perfect 3/2 House

My family evacuated from the central Gulf coast of Florida during Hurricane Milton. We chose to stay in Pensacola and this location was perfect for our needs. Booking was instant and check-in was very easy. The accuracy of the listing was spot on. The communication with the owner was AMAZING! I never waited more than a few minutes for a response from the owner. Due to incredible amount of damage from a direct hit from the hurricane we needed to extend an additional day and the owner was VERY accommodating. Thank you for all you did for my family during our stay.

Pensacola Perfection

This house was exactly what I hoped it would be - comfortable, extremely clean, and conveniently located close to the Escambia Equestrian Center. I could not have asked for more. Also, the owners promptly replied to the few emails I sent to them. In all, this was a 5+ stay for my son and myself. Thank you!

Pensacola getaway

This is a really cute little house, nicely remodeled and decorated and really had all that you need! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet! The location is excellent, only 20 minutes to downtown and 35 minutes to Gulf Breeze’s white sand beaches. Art and Erika responded very quickly to the couple of inquiries we had! We would definitely stay here again!
