Staff was courteous; common areas like the breakfast room and lobby were good. Our room had a big stain on the roll down blinds, shower stall discolored from grout? (stains), lots of nicks in furniture - generally room looks 'sad' and seen better days. (Some common furniture also clearly had stains). Cleaning people did not show up first day; second day they showed up at 8:30 am and asked if we wanted them to come in and we were not prepared to have them do anything (too early!) Breakfast was good and employees were attentive there. Laundry room facilities were not good - machines were not all working and we lost money (which the hotel will not reimburse :( ) For the money it was an average experience and I'm not sure I would recommend.

The breakfast is lackluster. The rooms stink and staff is very aware. They wanted me to go up and smell a room upon check in! Stated guest noticed terrible smells. That was room 320. I declined and asked for somewhere else. We were given 319 and it stunk badly. I can’t imagine what 320 smelled like. I wouldn’t waste my time here and wouldn’t go back even if they give me free stays the rest of my life. Avoid this place at all cost!
