This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.



There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.

Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.

Great House & Great Location

This was my second time to stay in this home, and I would gladly rent this home again for future trips. The property is very clean and well kept, spacious and comfortable. The location is outstanding for getting quickly to downtown, to the Pensacola Bay Bridge area, to shopping for food, restaurants, mall, and settings that make every trip to Pensacola when I have stayed at the house an amazing experience.
