Walk a few steps from the condo on a carpeted boardwalk to enjoy the pristine clear gulf waters and squeaky white sandy beach. The property is located on the gulf side of the island and has a gated entry for you safety.
Please, NOTE that the hot tub at our building is working on and off, This information is available to all before reservation is made, no refund will be given if the hot tub is not working during your stay, Our guests can also use the hot tub at the West bldg of the complex.

This lovely condo includes a Queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 built-in bunks beds in the hallway, size standard twin XL. We also have a Graco pack n play for babies. Max number of guests we can accommodate is 4 plus an infant under the age of 2.
A new shower stall installed in November of 2024.
Whether you are staying a few days, weeks, or months you will find all utensils and tools you need in the kitchen. However, we don't provide any food items, condiments, or spices.
The condo features calming colors, original artwork by owner, unique teak wood furniture and nautical accents.
Young guests will surely love their sleeping nook with 2 bunks decorated with a whimsical hand-painted mural and nautical flags.

There are several restaurants, shops, and the Gulf States National Seashore Park within walking distance from The Grand Caribbean East. However, a car is recommended.
In addition to the Blue Angeles and the National Naval Aviation Museum which call Pensacola home, there are other activities such as golf, fishing, and scuba diving, shelling, and bird watching. In 2006 the US Navy sunk the Aircraft Carrier USS Oriskany off the coast for recreational diving and it is now the largest man-made artificial reef in the world.

Here you will not find traffic jams, long lines or crowded beaches, just a laid back stress-free atmosphere which you can enjoy with family and friends.
