Internet was fine - room overlooked the parking lot (that was okay because I could see me car) - trip over the bay to the gulf was no problem - really very accessible - room was clean but was not vacuumed the whole time I was there (or at least I could not tell it had been)

Only thing that would’ve made facility nicer is a better breakfast and softer beds, the beds were hard. A beautiful area, great people, decent rooms.
