Breakfast was delicious, rooms were great. Trying to get ice was a challenge. Pro hotel tip - install ice machines on each floor and/or put ice trays in the freezers. So silly to only have ice available in bags from the front desk

Parking spots were very limited, and when the lot was full, turning around was a very cramped experience. New or inexperienced drivers would have found the close quarters nearly impossible to navigate. However, this was really the only negative. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, beds comfy.. and the location in the downtown hub was very convenient.

We had a king bed suite. The room was nice but dated. Only 1 sink in the open bathroom. Only 1 small bar of soap given in the bathroom for amenities. Shower had dispensers on the wall for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The floors had ground in dirt in the corners. The pool and hot tub were horrible. The hot tub water was very murky and the pool was not much better. 😑. We faced out over Mechanic Street. Very noisy until very late and very early morning. Great location for dining and night life. Buffet breakfast.
