The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though .

The room was large and clean with a super king size bed. The staff were extremely friendly and obviously enjoyed their job. I also like the beautiful well kept grounds and easy parking.

Lovely room, very clean. Friendly staff and nice setting between 2 golf courses. Nice spa on site too. Sometimes a bit of a wait for service in the restaurant and bar, staff seem to be spread a bit thinly maybe due to being out of season?

For a 4 star hotel we expected a higher standard. When entering the room it was lovely however the bathroom really let us down. There was mold, thick limescale coming out of the taps. It didn't look clean. The restaurant is extremely overpriced considering the amount of money being spent for the room and the spa, £8 for garlic butter i think is disgusting oh also a service change just to top it all off. The Spa is really where we enjoyed ourselves. The staff are extremely lovely and helpful. We only had half a day but it was well worth it.

Lovely location but hotel is tired. Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Food is poor quality and dining areas dated. Despite this we did enjoy our staff and welcomed being able to bring our dog.
