Filth and Disrepair

Our biggest issue was the room itself. Many things in disrepair, filthy and black mold in the bathroom.

Clean hotel. Not so quiet.

Pros; Beautiful clean hotel. Cons; Lots of vacancies this weekend. But they put someone above us with a kid or a dog. Not sure. (Not sure why they put people over people with so many vacancies). After we fell asleep about 9pm, they decided it was time to jump off and on the bed and run around upstairs. Woke us up, kept us awake for over an hour. No, did not call the front desk. We know how this goes, we travel a lot. The hotel does not intervene and say anything to the room disrupting sleep. It’s right next to the airport and you hear absolutely nothing from the airport.

This hotel is just a short drive up the hill from the freeway. The view is nice because it looks out over the valley. We did not get a chance to dine in the restaurant, but the property was in great condition, and our room was both comfortable and clean!

The handicap room had bars on the right side for my L hemiplegic husband. Pillows and mattress were comfy. Beautiful view. So quiet! Had apple pie in restaurant and it was delicious! I’d stay there again but hardly travel with invalid husband.

I always stay here while in Pendleton. The view of the blue mountains is breathtaking. Service is friendly. Bar is open until 8. Has a la cart snacks. Convenient.

Their inability to work outside the third party booking rules was ridiculous. We travelled across the country and no other hotels had a problem allowing my wife to check in before I arrived. Thus, she had to wait for two hours with our cat in the car, until I showed up to show my ID. Even when I called ahead to ask them to allow her to check in, their response was you booked with a third party platform and you’re SOL. I will never stay at a Radisson hotel again.

Great stay!

This is a lovely and newer hotel in Pendleton. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bathroom. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant was good. Lovely view out of the front side. Would definitely come again.
