Room was nicely updated but very compact. The issue was no elevator and metal stairs to the second floor. Sadly, there was a crazy man in a wheelchair outside on the street yelling at 8 AM in the morning

Front door did not fit correctly. You could see a lot of light come thru. Front window curtain was very shabby looking. Driving up a ramp to the parking area was tight. Parking area looked old and dated. Room was clean and floor was nice looking. The room amenities were nice, i.e.: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, shampoo, soaps, etc. Staff were nice and friendly.

Pros: Friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate us to a cleaner room. Cons: extremely dirty beds that the housekeeper did not change the sheets to a clean one. We didn't feel safe seeing several homeless people hanging around the hotel parking lot.

Beds are extremly comfortable. Its super afordable. Nice deep and cleen tub for my two littles.looks like it was just remodeled. Also nice soap shampoo and soap! Definitely wood recommend!

The check-in process was wonderful and the office staff were lovely. We stayed for 3 days, and nobody ever came to clean our room, restock anything, or take out the trash, and that was disappointing. It sounds like this property may be under new ownership, and they have done a wonderful job updating and remodeling. However, the neighborhood that it is located in is a little sketchy. Our stay was fine; we had no issues, but pulling in made me a little uneasy due to the surroundings.

Safe, Probably however several homeless in area, which entered the lower well, parking area around 2am. Talking in load voices to point a call made to desk which was answered quickly. Person on duty stated she would make a drive thru and check out after stating they had no security to do so. Shortly after talking to her noise ended.
