When Jack the owner says that arrival is between 3 and 6 PM, he is not joking! We were delayed on our trip from Sun Valley because we forgot a purse in Hailey ID and had to drive back from Mount Home ID. This caused us to be 3 hours late for arrival. We called and spoke to Jack around 3 PM and he said he would be there to let us in. When we arrived just before 9 pm, there was no answer at the door. We left three messages on his phone. No reply from Jack. He charged us full rate for the non-stay. So, don't be late!!!

Beautiful older home in need of DEEP CLEANING & FRESH PAINT. Very helpful & friendly owner there to meet our every need.Bedding & towels were clean & fresh. Very convenient to down town. It is a beautiful home.

We did not stay here after observing it sit on a hillside, no parking and the road angled so it was impossible for this 80 year old and his wife to get the luggage out of the car. The gentleman running the place realized it just wouldn’t work and offered to refund the money when I explained the dilemma. To date he has not refunded anything for the one night stay. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

Unique B&B in the downtown area of Pendleton. We were able to easily walk downtown for dinner and shopping. Nice owner who provided area information and recommendations. Snacks and drinks available for purchase. Comfortable bed and room with nice decorations. Clearly lots of work put into the house by the owners.

I am still waiting on the refund as the property owner. Jack offered to refund my monies through Expedia as I was unable to stay due to the unsatisfactory/disparaging odor and literal trash on the grounds and on the patio.

A must stay B&B in Pendleton

Great B&B in Pendleton. Definitely a must stay if you are ever in the area. Such a unique little place- loved all the decor. Jack was a wonderful host and made a great breakfast. Close to everything & within walking distance.

This is a special treat for anyone looking for lodging in Pendleton, Oregon. This historic inn comes with every amenity you would ever need for your stay; the decor is all so beautiful and interesting. The very best part is the wonderful host! The breakfast be prepared was delicious! I will be back and bring friends next time.
