I was a little leary of booking here because the price was so low. I took a chance because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. This is a Motel style building which can be a pro or a con depending on preference. I personally like being able to park right outside the room. It makes unpacking and packing much easier. The room was extremely clean and everything in it was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner did an excellent job of holding a comfortable temperature without being overly loud. The refrigerater worked well. It was still a mini fridge but it was on the larger side of the mini fridge range and actually kept things cold. Not like the cheap tiny refridgerators in most hotels. There was a microwave and coffee maker as well but we didn't use the coffeee maker. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and this appear to be a family run business, which I like. Breakfast was OK. Not the greatest that I have had but for a hotel breakfast they had a fairly decent selection and everything was fresh. My daughter races in Walla Walla quite a bit and we have stayed at many hotels there. This hotel is only about 15 minutes drive from Walla Walla, is half the price of hotels there and cleaner than a lot of them. Overall this hotel was a great deal and we will definitely stay here again when my daughter has sporting events in the area. It's worth the extra drive if you are going to be in the Walla Walla area.

Having to read a 4 page don’t do list that tells you will be kicked out and they will keep your money for any of a myriad of infractions doesn’t convey the most welcoming attitude. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Good, not great.

Relatively clean. Firm king mattress. Wi-Fi was only moderately strong. Shower was good, but did not have a detachable nozzle, which is preferred. AC was working, though a little noisy as it turned on and off again during the night. Breakfast was somewhat limited; cereal, horrible, boiled eggs, coffee, yogurt, muffins.

I would give all 5 stars because this motel is very clean and comfortable! Pet friendly, easy access and many amenities close by. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was there are random men posted outside behind almost every building. At any hour of the day or night, they were always sitting there hunched over on their phones and smoking cigarettes. Soooo ODD

Privately owned, not very inviting. No cleaners, just the family that works there. I’m not sure they know how to properly clean and disinfect. When checking in I was not told about the “breakfast”. Bed was pretty stiff.

I stayed in a room alone with my dog. The website said it was $10 for a dog but when I got there it was $20.00. They gave me a very nice room that was very clean and I liked the setup. It had a king bed and was next to a very quiet road. My dog had his own little yard. I also really liked that the refrigerator was enclosed and an armoire. Those things can be loud and obnoxious through the night sometimes and this fixed that problem. I slept very well.

The property was cute, very nicely kept, clean, and quiet place to stay. The pillows aren’t the most comfortable and room service didn’t come clean our room and replenish our towels and washcloths while we were out for the day. But overall was a great place to stay.
