Gross!!

This hotel is disgusting. The pictures make it look decent, and I’m not sure what type of people have given this hotel a good rating. Our room had mold where the wall and ceiling met. The paint was crumbling off the walls. The showers were so gross, even under desperate situations, I wouldn’t have used it. Our dead bolt wouldn’t work on the door, and the carpets were filthy. Sadly, our room was cleaner than the hallways. The parking lot had garbage all over. The toilet kept running on and off through the night. I tried calling the front desk, no answer. After 4 hrs there, we took our chance with lack of sleep and got back in the road. This place needs to be shut down. Motel 6 is looking like resort compared to this.

Great place will probably not stay again.

I’m here for work. My job had me move before Christmas. I asked about a refund for checking out a little over a week of my reservation. I was told they would not the account for hotels.com. Hotels.com reached out to them a few days in a row to confirm the refund, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the front desk. I estimated that I lost around $500 for leaving early. The staff was nice and always willing to help out. But I’m really dissatisfied with either le grande inn or hotels.com for dropping the ball on getting me the refund. Will probably not go back to the le grande in just for the lack of getting the refund from the day I left December 17-28.
