Villa Hestia is a 3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool situated in the heart of Coral Bay. It is fully furnished and sleeps up to 7 guests. The landscaped garden surrounds the pool and there is plenty of outdoor furniture to relax upon including dining & lounge areas overlooking the pool, equipped with tables & chairs, sun loungers, parasol and a BBQ. The villa has an open plan living on the ground floor with a lounge, dining and kitchen area, all cooking facilities are provided at the villa for those guests wishing to relax day and night. Philippos is the local supermarket stocking a wide range of food and drink, they offer a drop-back service bringing you and your shopping to the villa. The villa appeals to families and guests who are looking for an excellent villa holiday within a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Coral Bay. The local restaurants, bars and supermarkets are very close and convenient, restaurants include Italian, greek, Chinese, Mexican, Japanese and many more. Coral Bay beach is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Villa, it is the only sandy beach on the west side of the island and you will find all the usual water sports expected on a holiday resort. Latchi and Paphos are both available to visit via bus from Coral Bay which offer both elements of relaxation, fin and history. Paphos waterpark, Paphos Harbour, Latchi Harbour, Tomb of the kings and Adonis Baths are all worth a visit. Great villa with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Ideal placement to get to lots of restaurants and shops on foot. I was worried it might be noisy being so close to bars with entertainment but it didn’t bother us at all.Very clean villa and pool cleaned regularly.Just be careful on the stairs as I fell down them so I was unable to enjoy part of my holiday.

Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. Great location for exploring the island by car, lots of great tourist sites close to Coral bay, definitely go to Paphos harbour, Aphrodites rock, Latchi, Geroskipou Beach, Sea caves and the Trudos mountains. Thank you Charlie for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful Villa with everything you need

We loved Villa Hestia. It felt very safe and secure and the pool was huge. Plenty of comfortable furniture dotted around so always sun or shade to choose from. If you want to self cater this Villa is very well equipped but it was so warm we only managed to make breakfasts, eating out in one of the many good close by restaurants on Coral Bay strip. Corrallo and La Trattoria Vigna were highlights. Pick up salads and kebabs from Yummy Yummy a few mins stroll away for lunch by the pool. Villa is directly behind the Strip so there is some music to be heard when sitting out with a nightcap but once locked up for the night I heard nothing. No noisy neighbours and as it’s a cul de sac no noisy passers by. I would argue it’s more than a 15 minute walk to sea, but I walk with a stick so it’s not a fair comparison. The last part of the walk is a slope down with the inevitable slope back up so if you aren’t a fan of walking in the heat take one of the frequent buses that run up and down the strip. We chose to drive, there are plentiful parking spaces at both Coral Bay and Corallia beach.On the whole it’s a really good base to explore. Comfortable, great air con in the bedrooms, and a real sense of peace. Really good comms with Carrie from the management company who helped with transfers etc. On the whole I would very much recommend.

Fabulous villa, perfect location

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa. Situated one row back behind the strip it was perfectly placed. Surprisingly quiet considering how close we were and never an issue with noise. Very relaxing and peaceful when sunbathing around the pool.The villa is a great size and well equipped. Always plenty of hot water, WiFi was excellent, comfortable beds and sofas with ample outdoor seating too. There were cats visiting and sitting on outdoor furniture often which left hair on the cushions which was slightly annoying but a lint roller usually cleans this easily tho.Pool was a good size and clean, and just about warm enough in late April.Off street covered parking although at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so no issue for parking on street.Bars and restaurants were just a 2-3 minute walk away, 2 beaches a five minute drive or a 15 mins walk, both really nice.We had some lovely food on the strip but travelling within 10-15 by car there are lots of restaurants along the coast too.Phillipos supermarket is a 2 min drive or 10 mins walk. They stock lots of English products but we found the local products were lovely too and reasonable prices. Carrie from property management called on second day to check all was ok, she was lovely and helpful. And also allowed us to check out later on our departure day due to a later flight.Overall we had a wonderful relaxing stay and will definitely return, thank you for a fabulous stay.

Week away for a wedding.

We are leaving this holiday having falling in love with Cyprus. The villa was perfect for the 3 of us, me and my partner and my Mum stayed in the villa for a week whilst attending a wedding that took place in coral bay. The villa was perfect and spacious. Our flight was late and we were able to stay in the villa until we were picked up which made the last day more enjoyable (even though we were sad to leave) perfect location with plenty going on just round the corner. 3 people have already asked for the details for the villa just from a few photos I had posted. Absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back.

Excellent Villa.

Excellent villa, only thing that wasn’t clear was on air con downstairs and just in bedrooms. Initially I thought this would be an issue but was not. The villa was lovely and clean and location was ideal. Yea you could hear the awful karaoke from the Main Street but was never an issue when going to sleep for me or the children. The travel cot wasn’t the best but when the issue was highlighted a new cot was delivered within the hour which was very impressive. All in all, a fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Fantastic villa

Absolutely perfect holiday, from start to finish! The villa was beautifully clean and well presented and the location was fab - just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. The pool was just what we needed with the hot weather! Spent most of our days there! Also loved the cats who visited us, was my son’s highlight! Communication between the villa owner and management company was very quick and easy. Thank you so much for an amazing 10 days! We’ll definitely be back.

Fabulous Villa

Absolutely lovely Villa. Could not fault anything. Carrie from property Management called the day after our arrival to introduce herself and to make sure everything was ok, which it was. The location of the Villa was perfect for Coral Bay Strip, with all its bars, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend eating at Les Amis and Rio Grande - they are owned by 3 brothers, who were very welcoming. We ate there lots of times as the food in both are excellent.

Fantastic holiday

Very nice Villa close to all restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool area was very relaxing, shared with the cats. Plenty of shade if needed and a large balcony for a few drinks in the evening. You dont really need a car as close to some great restaurants and the bus on thd main strip takes you in to Paphos. Change there for the Waterpark and also Paphos Old Town, well worth a visit. Would visit again without hesitation...

The villa itself can’t be faulted and pool were great. However it’s location is very close to Main Street which was very noisy at the weekends, until 2 am in the morning, and also very rundown . There is a quad bike hire shop at rear of property which from 7.30am onwards you were deafened by motor bikes starting up and revving continuously. Persons should be made aware of the cats that freely roam the grounds of villa. A window in villa had been left unlocked by cleaners but hidden behind a closed blind , which we were unaware of, as we did not use this window and had no reason to check it as it states in villa manual that all windows and doors should be locked after leaving. This resulted in the villa getting broken into when we were asleep upstairs in the early hours of third night and had our cash stolen. I reported this to owner and management company who both seemed blasé about matter. This unfortunately ruined the rest of our holiday.

Firstly the Owner Chris is great and very communicative. The Villa is great with a good size pool and is located very close to Coral Bay Strip. The only downside is the Air con has a 2hr shut off timer (common in many holiday rentals) so you can wake up feeling hot during summer peak times.

Fantastic villa with all the facilities you could want. As children were with us, they can take a nap when required while you relax around the pool. Very close to great restaurants and shops. Everyone was really friendly. Tiny criticisism.... would have appreciated more cleaning products, cloths etc to clean throughout stay. Very helpful owner and everyone we met, cleaning pool etc. Would definitely use again or recommend 😀

Ruime villa met mooi terras met veel zitjes en ligstoelen

Heerlijk ruim huis met airco’s in alle slaapkamers. Groot zwembad en terras met vier verschillende zitplekken, met of zonder schaduw. Heel comfortabel. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke caretaker die snel antwoord op vragen. Geen koffiezet apparaat aanwezig maar verder alles wat nodig was. Wel schakelen de airco’s automatisch na max 2 uur gebruik uit, wat betekent dat het gedurende de nacht in de slaapkamers snel weer te warm wordt, en de airco weer moet worden aangezet. In oktober is niet veel koeling nodig en het zou prettiger zijn als de airco gewoon zachtjes aan blijft. Helaas ook veel avonden zeer luide muziek vanuit nabij gelegen cafe tot na middernacht, dus oordoppen nodig om in te slapen. Daarmee was het probleem wel opgelost. Voor een week genoeg leuke dingen te zien en te doen binnen 20 tot 70 min rijafstand van villa. Overall, heel fijne week gehad.
