Reception Staff Member who welcomed me at 2am, and the Daytime Reception who saw me out, were both very friendly, and accommodating to my late arrival and departure. The Leisure Facility is all excellent, and staff encountered there were friendly and eager to please. Room Service Staff also very friendly. The Hotel is truly a lovely place to stay in all respects, and i look forward to returning!

Receptionist on arrival said breakfast was available at £13 In fact that was only the case if previously booked. It cost £18 There was no give and take when I made my complaint. For this reason, I would hesitate before choosing your hotel again.

Rooms Way overpriced for what you get. Food was nice but pricey, eat before you go there though because you don’t get much. Sorry to all dog lovers (I love dogs) but having to watch a women feed her dog off her plate in front of you while your trying to enjoy your dinner is not ideal either, especially when your paying $200AUD for your meal and $400AUD per night for your room. Animals should be outside, have you not heard of hygiene. Staff had little to no idea about local area. No assistance with bags, no lifts so carry your bags up and down stairs yourself. Would not consider staying there again.

Functionality for connecting to WIFI is user unfriendly, I was the third person having to return to Reception to have it enabled. Room cold on arrival, room heater functionality complex, no instructions availability. Toilet cracked, bathroom tiles cracked, rust on the handles for people with limited mobility. Everything about the Cadrona indicates faded glory with petty efforts to squeeze further savings out of running costs
