Hotel staff was very friendly, whenever you enter or leave the property the front staff would greet you. If someone is by the door they will open it for you. My room included breakfast which was very good. Room was clean, bed was firm but there was a 1 inch topper which helped in comfort. Linens were nice and white however towels were not.. I was surprised to see a notice in the room that stated that if you have an overnight guest you will be charged an additional fee Overall, nice stay, but a little out of the way for me.

Nice and very clean small hotel in Pattaya city.

Really very good hotel comparing to the local standards. Very comfortable and really clean the room and the bathroom. Only a minus was, that during my stay, coding system for door-card locking had a problem, so my key-card didn't work. Anyway hotel's staff always assisted just in the minute and opened doors when necessary. The location maybe not the best, but close to the sandy beach, as well as to the local food markets. Also shopping mall Terminal 21 is in the 5min walk distance. Bangkok coast is not the better choice if you wanna have the clear blue water, but if you want to mix visiting city, tourist attractions and partly sun-bathing this hotel can be recommended.

Very good hotel, location and staff

Lovely clean and cosy hotel, great location and the best is the staff who are so welcoming, friendly and ready to help with any needs. Its one of the best hotels mainly for the service that I have stayed in. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Fast check in and check out. This was my 3rd stay and XQ will be my 1st choice whenever I visit Pattaya. Thank you.

Brand new, modern hotel with plenty of outlets for charging all the stuff. Room had a modern air conditioner, loveseat and great selection of channels on modern flat screen tv. The walls between rooms could be better soundproofed though.

Nice place, despite poor management

Whilst Hotels.com email stated thatI had paid for bed and breakfast, their copy did not have breakfast so they would not let us access it unless we paid again. Best customer service -NOT! Although the pool opened at 8am, cushions on teh sunbeds were meant to be outat 9am. Somehow they never were there. Despite poor management the staff were really cheerful, the room cozy with comfy beds & good air con & great choice on TV.
