I have stayed here a couple times, loved this place but a poorly behaved group just really ruined the experience as they had no respect for the staff and did as they pleased. I understand that group tours are a part of the business but it just really changed my opinion of a hotel I really enjoyed before.

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious with wonderful views from our Theme Room. The two swimming pools are magnificent. We were very happy with our room (actually two rooms, a bedroom and a separate lounge room). The staff are amazing, including reception, valets, security, the restaurant staff and the bar manager. Breakfast was delicious for local and western tastes. We had a few dinner meals and drinks in the bar area as we enjoyed the service and ambience there. A special thanks to the bar manager, Ton, who looked after us magnificently. He took our food and beverage orders always with a friendly smile and treated us as his special guests. His English is excellent and his help to us was amazing. We stayed for four very enjoyable nights at the hotel, and will love to stay again.
