Poor Service and lack of attention shown

The room was clean and realitivly new however although there as a kettle in the room there was no bottled water in the fridge so we bought our own daily and for our entire stay (3 days) our room bedding and towels were not changed at all also there was no sink plug in the bathroom sink and the toilet paper dispenser kept falling out of the wall there was know one at the reception desk when we checked out so we left the keys in an unlocked drawer behind the reception desk and just left overall a nice room and area but felt let down by the lack of service provided for the amount paid now staying nearby for 10 days for 5ooo baht in total with much better service room cleaned every day and lots of fresh bottled water etc though smaller room it meets our needs instead of 3 days with as stated above a lack of service for 3150 baht a shame really because we liked the quality of the room but the rest of it left much to be desired I’m our opinion they could and should have done much better I personally travel quite a lot and feel somewhat aggrieved to have to write this review
