Very nice hotel at a very reasonably price. You can walk to the beach and other areas within 15 minutes or can walk to the main road and take Tuk Tuk for a very reasonably cost around the city. Staff are very friendly.

Nice enough. Like an old Hilton and that's not bad thing in Pattya. The staff at the front counter were efficient but not the kind of Thai friendly that you'd expect. The room staff on the other hand were super nice and very good at their job! Over all a good multi story hotel (with a lift) with nice rooms that are well cared for.

The property was good but the staff working there isnt professional....the housekeeping lady went inside our room in our absence ,without permission ,our belongings were kept inside , the time we came back the room was unlocked and she was cleaning it , so pathetic not just that they charged 300THB for a lipstick mark on the towel , they do not serve any order inside the room and they do not have plates and bowls at their property....i personally do not recommend but if you got it booked already so don't regret ,it ain't that bad ...

Property was very dated, damage within the rooms / bedding Stained, bathroom grout/ sealant was mouldy and looked very dirty Pool was unusable, as has no access to sunlight Hairdryer kept over heating, when reported to reception they sent someone to look at it, but didn’t replace it, so ended up unusable No iron/ ironing board in the room which was inconvenient
