Hotel shows its age and they have a staff shortage. Fine pool, no restaurant. Some of the staff are great, one was a disappointment. Interesting area that I don't know what to say about. Restaurants etc. available all around.

Very low standards and rude staff

I stayed here in 2019 it was ok This time no kettle or cups No toilet paper . The air conditioning was no good I when to receipt the first day and asked for toilet paper never got any The last day I was going to have some food stood at reception for 5 minutes but the 2 persons was on there phone texting didn’t even see me there . I went to walk away then they called me back dreadful service not Recomended

very little water comes from shower head. difficult to wash off soap. toilet did not work. If you flush the commode will overflow onto floor. they could not fix the toilet. I had to go to another hotel. It is very cheap hotel. For the low price, I would recommend this.

The room was old and little dirty, one windows was missing in the bathroom making it noisy, then i asked and insist to change the room the staff tell me that all of the room were the same, that wasn't true when i had new one this room was cleaner and had a window. Stuff not so welcoming

Facility is old . In need of updating. Cleanliness is very poor. Doors were kept open always because of horrible odor. Need professional cleaning.

Close to all you need

I stayed here with my THAI wife for 6 nights.Check in was easy as they knew i was coming late from a late flight.For the price it is good value.The rooms are a bit old but they are very clean and it is very close to all you could want in Pattaya and they are serviced daily with clean sheets and towels along with bottled water.The only problem i had was from one of the lady staff that asked my WIFE for her ID CARD and looked at her like she was a bar girl, as you could imagine i was not impressed with her tone and her looks at my wife.But in saying this the nice man that checked us in the night before informed the other staff that it was my wife, along with my wife informing her that we were married in her special Thai way.But all in all i would recommend this place for a good stay.Its not luxury but its clean and convenient..

Adecent, albeit overall bland hotel, rather hidden

It was an ok hotel, surrounded by condotel-aparthotel buildings, with a decent pool in the center. Room was ok, cleanliness ok, though the shower head was somewhere at my bellybutton. :D With a balcony overheated by the AC external unit. AC was ok, wifi ok, albeit rather cumbersome to reenter all your info into the web browser whenever u intend 2 use it again.. Staff was non-committal, hardly a word spoken in English, asked for a printout of one page, the receptionist has been manouvering the printer for twenty minutes, than we went to a nearby internet shop 2 have it printed. A once average, decent 8 storey building, has become a faded one by now. Ok with moderate expectations if u spoke Thai! :D Greetings to the cleaning ladies, I have got a smile from one of them once!
