It's definitely not a five star hotel with a flashy lobby, but it is very close to the beach and all walking streets, wich make it noisy at night. Overall I liked the room with slightly old-fashioned furniture. Cleaning team never touched even a cent of the cash I left on the night table. ATM was at the corner, laundry service outside of hotel 50m, all massage salons were downstairs, gym and markets 800m away, soi 7 walking street 50m, beach at the end of the walking street.

I stayed in so many hotels in Pattaya and first time I stayed here. During the day a guy is working at reception (he doesn’t speak much English but no problem he always use google translater. So no problem. ) At night a lady she speaks English. They were all very nice. And also everyday they were bringing coffee,water,new towels, etc. And asking to clean the room everyday. I loved the place. I think I will stay there if I go again.
