All bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep and two bedrooms have a furnished solarium to take advantage of the warmth of the sun.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a complete crockery kit…
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool surrounded by traditional flowers and palm trees measures 5 x 8 meters with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun!
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak.

In accordance with the house rules:
*A security deposit of 220$ (8000 THB) is requested at the entrance to the villa and returned the day of your check out.
*Electricity is excluded; the price is at the government rate.
