2 of the 3 Staff at the desk were very rude. Upon arrival, they didn’t even greet or say hello. Even when I was leaving, I said goodbye and all 3 at the front desk ignored me. However the rooms were great except for slow draining shower. I wouldn’t recommend just due to customer service.

When we arrived we had previously asked in comments that we need extra pillows when booked took 3 day to get only one. Internet was down for 3 days after bad storm day before we arrived. then lost internet again 5 days before we left this time came back within the day but we had issues with the tv as could not get channels and all fuzzy staff did not want to know and did not send any staff to view and correct only had 2 channels in english to view. Room was cleaned each day by a nice lady.
