My stay at The Hermann Hotel was extremely disappointing. There was no hot water for three consecutive days, which is completely unacceptable and shows a serious failure in basic hotel operations. The room condition was poor and clearly not properly maintained. It did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness or comfort. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Multiple issues were reported, yet there was no sense of urgency, accountability, or effort to resolve the problems. Additionally, there were no food options available at the hotel, which added to the inconvenience and frustration of the stay. Overall, The Hermann Hotel failed to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

VERY pleasantly suprised at this hotel. I do highly recommend it, especially for the price. newly renovated, marble flooring, great bathroom, hard as a rock bed though. Single room 302, right off elevator and pool on third floor. no dresser drawers was inconvenient is all. 4 star for sure

Everything was awesome at this hotel. Only reason I did not give it five-stars. Bathroom shower. The shower area did not have a soap/toiletries tray to hold needed items. Plus, the glass divider panel between the shower and the rest of the bathroom was not capable of holding the overspray within the shower area itself, causing the rest of the bathroom area to have a constant wet floor. With this said, we will stay here again, as Hotel Hermann is a very nice hotel, fantastic staff, and within walking distance to just about anything you might need.
