It was more like a home stay , they didn’t have iron or housekeeping 24/7.The drainage system in bathroom wasn’t working and when asked to assist they were super rude . As we had an early checkout as asked for to go breakfast which wasn’t accommodated as well . One of us fell sick and no guidance or medicine was available. Very basic for the amount charged . No cooperation from the night staff especially. Felt they were super staffed and same basic breakfast menu with limited options was available. The kitchen incharge was extremely rude . We had a bitter experience at this hotel .
