Hotel is very good but location it's not the best in Pattaya, maybe good that there is Terminal 21 mall close by. If you take the time you may find excellent deals for famous brands. The pool area of the hotel requires some work. A little bit of decoration perhaps some plants can do the trick. Bellboy and security staff better than front desk. I ask the bellboy to hold my bags after check out no problem whatsoever.

The check in and check out wait are long. The room ac is off upon entering and the room smells. We see mold on the toilet seat. Although it shows 4 stars here, if you check google, it’s a 3-star, which kind of matches the experience I had.
