The Treetop Getaway~ nestled amongst a canopy of trees in downtown Paso Robles, is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home offering a peaceful retreat in wine country. Perfect for a cozy stay, whether you're exploring the city or relaxing amidst the treetops. This newly built home is just a block away from the Paso Market Walk and a few minutes drive to award winning wineries, downtown tasting rooms, craft breweries, farm-to-table restaurants, local boutiques and so much more. Sleeps 4 guests.

About the space:
Walk through the front door into the dining room space complete with a table set for four and a dedicated workspace situated beneath expansive picturesque windows. The living room features a reclining couch and two swivel club chairs. There are games galore and a Smart TV for guests to enjoy. The brand new, stunning kitchen has a peninsula island with bar seating for two and is equipped with all of the essentials needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, French press, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, blender and so much more. Washer/dryer is located in the hallway.

The beautiful primary suite features a luxurious king size bed, cozy reading chair, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels plus bathrobes, shampoo/conditioner/soap, hand soap and more. The guest bedroom has a plush king size bed and Smart TV. The guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hall between bedrooms.

Step outside onto your own private deck featuring a fire pit, BBQ and lounge set. Sip on a glass of wine while you take in a beautiful Paso evening when grilling dinner outdoors. Downstairs you will find a high top table with seating for two plus a corn hole game. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day spent exploring all that wine country has to offer.

This place is phenomenal! Unbelievably clean and well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies to robes. The outdoor space was so comfy to have your morning coffee while the live plants gave the unit a very homey feel. Thank you to the hosts who were very responsive and helped with our questions for the area.

Lovely property! It is even better in person than the pictures show, with high ceilings and very nice and comfortable decor and furniture. Many details have been thought of and the property is outfitted with nice touches like Keurig coffee pods, nice toiletries, deck of cards and more. Nicole’s communication was prompt and clear. She shared restaurant recommendations and helped us with early access when we arrived a little sooner than expected. Highly recommend this place!!!

We had a great stay at the Treetop Getaway. The house is a new build and everything was immaculate. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the linens and the bath towels. The house is decorated beautifully. I honestly could move right in! We loved the location as we could walk downtown. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful, brand new home in a great location within walking distance to downtown Paso. There is a fantastic coffee shop, gelato place, restaurant and bike rentals 1 block away. The property manager has thought of every last detail- we especially loved the comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Everything is clean and modern. Communication with the manager was also excellent. We would definitely stay there again. It's perfect for 2 couples.

This place is divine! Tastefully furnished, every need provided for, very comfortable beds, pleasant outdoor covered deck - all on the second floor so quiet and private. We walked into town for dinners - 7 easy blocks away for many venue choices. Street parking right in front - garage provided if we wanted it (no need). We will be back for sure!

Perfect in every way! This is a beautiful condo that is loaded with great amenities: plenty of towels, dishes, bedding, two king bedrooms that each has their own bathroom, outdoor area with a fire pit. It is perfect for 2 couples. We loved the location as it is in walking distance to the square and restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again for future visits to Paso Robles!

Lovely home - so clean everything was immaculate with all the necessary every day items. So many VBRI's are cluttered with too much "stuff" this home felt clean, bright new and had everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. It's also walkable to restaurants and the super market which is great!

This place was PERFECT!! Such a great find and can't wait to come back. Very clean, all new/remodeled property with everything you can think of. They've thought of EVERY detail which I love because I'm all about the details. My husband and I have been to Paso 4-5 times and have always stayed in a hotel but this time we brought my parents with us for the first time to celebrate my Dad's 70th bday so I decided to get us a house instead. Best decision ever! It was so nice to be able to make breakfast, cook dinner, play corn hole, sleep comfortably in king size beds with great bedding, separate bathrooms, spacious showers, super close/centrally located to everything. Really couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much for providing such a great stay for my Dad's 70th bday. We will definitely be repeat customers of this property.
