The room was dirty. The window sill had beer bottles and a spitoon. Disgusting! The fridge didn’t work.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However the appearance was like they had just come off the farm. My TV did not work. Eric came up and decided it needed a new Direct TV remote box. He switched it out. Tv worked but remote wasn’t sinker to new box so I could not adjust volume. Then when I decided to turn it off, it just kept coming back on. So I had to climb on desk to unplug it. Then, when I got ready to go to bed, I could not turn the sink faucet on. It was a pull on type and then you adjusted for the hot or cold. I used all my strength into hands and could not pull the faucet on. So I just decided to use the shower instead. Then in the middle of the night, when I got up to use the bathroom, when I flushed the toilet, the handle fell off on the floor. So in the morning, I couldn’t flush the toilet and it was quite embarrassing to leave a stinky mess in the toilet. I went and got the ice bucket and tried to attempt to use water to flush the toilet. I was unsuccessful. So I had to report that I was embarrassed about all of that. The man at the desk did make note of all of that so he could fix all of the problems Which are three unrelated problems. And then he did apologize and that was it. Not sure if I wanna stay at your hotels anymore.

I requested a room AWAY from elevator & ice machines as we needed a good night sleep. We were completely exhausted when we checked in so when we were given the 2nd room away from elevator/ice machine on the 2nd floor, we didn’t feel like going back down to complain. The room was awful. Floor squeaked when walking, the bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud, the lobby auto doors opened and closed all night long and they made an awful loud noise every time, which was directly under our room. Breakfast was nothing to talk about- 4 different types of cereal, waffle maker, two different types of bagels (with warm cream cheese), orange & apple juice and the strongest coffee ever. We would not recommend this hotel.
