Family river vacation

This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to handle a large group. The game room was an awesome addition for when the wind picked up and the water became choppy. Private dock is very functional and is ready to accept your boat and/or jetski with large bumpers and several cleats to tie up. The pool ended up being a nice calm place to relax during the heat of the day. Lot's of great memories made this trip. Highly recommend this property, we'll definitely be booking again!

Best spot on the River

It is difficult to find a space that has enough bedrooms for our family and friends that is on the water. This was perfect. 6 adults and 2 small children with lots of room to spare. It could be shared with a second family. The loft off the kitchen was great for my daughter and her babies. It has privacy along with it's own outdoor access. The living area is spacious. The game room is super fun for all ages. The kitchen is well stocked. We bbqd on the back porch. There is lots of seating area inside and out.The upstairs porch was cool in the mornings for a nice coffee view. All the beds were comfortable. The decor is beautiful. The AC worked amazing and definitely needed out there.The location is close to town and easy access from the main street. I cooked most meals, but a boat ride to Pirates or Roadrunner for lunch was easy and fun tpo. Launching the boat is just down the road. The small pool stayed a perfect temperature and was great for the little ones.We fished of the dock for hours and enjoyed sunsets. I'm trying to think of all the things, since i love to read reviews before we stay someplace. The host was easy to access and very helpful. I hope to come back again for our annual river trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
