We had a very nice stay here. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfy bed and conveniently located near bus stop and lifts. We enjoyed the community hot tub and heated pool and the extra welcome treats.

The rental company had good communication, and the location was ideal—very convenient and walkable to the slopes. Unfortunately, there were too many issues with the condo for me to rate it anything higher than “poor.”The unit was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We found stray hairs throughout the condo, and many surfaces were dusty. Upon arrival, we also discovered that the TV would not connect to the internet and that there was a leak in the bathroom sink faucet handles. While the internet issue was fixed the next day, it was still an inconvenience at check-in.The furniture was uncomfortable, and there was a significant lack of storage space. Additionally, the pull-out couch bed was inoperable, which was disappointing and inconvenient.We were also not provided with the pool and spa access codes in the welcome package, and access is limited to between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which would have been helpful to know in advance.While the location is excellent, we will not be staying here again. That said, it may still work for others depending on their priorities.

Property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Store was close by for some supplies. The public bus system was easy to use and the stop was right outside the condo next to the conscience store. Pro tip if you are going to ski the day of checkout. Load your car with your gear and reserve a parking spot in the adjacent parkingagain.

Blocks from Park City Lift

Stayed in February, place is as advertised. 3 blocks up the hill to the base of Park City Mountain lifts. Hot tub at place open from 4 to 10 p.m. I walked to town each day for dinner and it is a 15 minute walk or 7 or 8 blocks to the edge of downtown. There are other places close by for food, groceries, etc. You can cook in the place of course.

Great Walk to Slopes Condo

Condo was clean and well cared for. There were lots of nice added touches, tea, coffee, chocolates, and games. You could walk to a lift in about 10 or so minutes. Building and pool/spa area were a bit run down.

Very Nice Place and Friendly management

I planned a last minute ski trip when I realized I was flying into Salt Lake City. Coming from Paris my time was off and I mistakenly booked check-in a day after I was there. The owners reached out, helped me correct, and I had a wonderful stay in the very nice condo and walked to the ski slopes the next morning and I had fun on the slopes for 9 hours before flying out.Thank you!

Great little place

Very nice little place. Not sure you’d want more than 2 people but for 2 it’s great! Very clean, bed was amazingly comfortable, well stocked for coffee, hot chocolate & tea. About a 15-20 minute walk into town, we did it twice and not bad at all! You won’t regret renting here!!

Short walk to the lift!

Perfect spot for us. Out the door and across the parking lot and you’re at the lifts. Short walk to Main St. as well. Quiet and well cared for, this condo was perfect for us. Not sure you’d want to have 2 couples stay here as it would be a little tight, but a young family would be fine.

This property was all that the website proposed. We chose it because we only like to walk to the mountain to ski. Ideal. Eliza was fantastic, giving great recs for dining. Very clean. I'd not put 4 skiing adults in it. Fine for a couple and 2 kids maybe. Ideal for 2.
