It’s a beautiful space with vaulted ceilings, a lovely nook with a large skylight, a wood-burning fireplace, and a decadent jetted tub. It’s everything you could ask for in a mountain retreat, all within a short walk of one of the best ski resorts in the country.
Plenty of natural light and tons of space (both in square feet and vertical height) make it easy to really enjoy the gorgeous Park City terrain. All that space comes in handy when you’re staying with all five guests this condo can accommodate. There’s a king mattress in the bedroom and a twin over a queen bunk bed with a twin trundle in the extra nook.
To feed all the guests, you’ll want to take full advantage of the in-home kitchen. In addition to all the usual appliances, you’ll find plenty of cookware and lots of dishes. There’s space to dine around the table and at the kitchen bar.
Downstairs, Silver King also has a slew of great amenities. Swim the afternoon away in the heated indoor/outdoor pool. You can lounge poolside no matter the seasons, no matter the weather. Keep toasty and relax tense muscles in the indoor hot tub. Make sure to stay on top of your exercise regimen, a feat made possible thanks to the on-site fitness center.
Ski storage and underground parking are available. You can walk to Park City Mountain from your condo, and downtown Park City is just a mile away. Free city buses service the property every few minutes during the winter.

Location location
Staying at the Silver King turned out to be the right move. The condo is right across the parking lot from the Payday Express lift and has a bus stop right in front to take you to and from Main Street. The 2 twins, 1 king, and 1 full bed were all comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Overall unit was excellent. The mirrors over the fireplace and the art on the wall could be improved. Maybe something with a Park City or mountain theme rather than the impressionistic "art" and dated mirrors. The master bedroom mattress needs replacement. John, the maintenance man for Silver King is an excellent representative!

Pool and hot tub closed
We booked this location because of the pool and hot tub. They were closed upon arrival. We did talk to the management company and they tried to assist us but the solutions didn’t work for our group so we ended up staying with out the pool. I still give them credit for trying to help.
Our other issue was the air conditioner. Even though it was set to 62° with the fan on it never got below 80°. Much to hot to sleep.
It would be nice if the kitchen had some scissors, cookie sheets, a can opener and hand soap
