Budget-friendly location
The location is perfect with only a few steps to the bus stop, as parking at the ski resort requires reservations and costs 28 a day if the car has less than four people in it; parking is free with no reservations after 1pm.The room is a short distance to the hot tub, which was perfect after a long day of skiing, but they keep it pretty hot, so after 20 minutes of soaking, we were cooked.A few things could have been provided to make this location more convenient like a kitchen spatula, more garbage bags, more washcloths, brighter bulbs above the vanity, and a light above the table, as the room is pretty dark. The fireplace added nice ambience and warmed up the room quickly.The one thing we appreciated was that the room faces the street, whereas the other rooms in the complex faced each other, so you wouldn't have any privacy if your curtains were open.A few bathroom issues included pink scum on the bottom half of the plastic shower liner, stains on the cloth shower curtain, and black mold underneath the toilet bowl rim.The other bonus for staying here is that it's on the first floor, so you don't have to climb a bunch of steps to get to your room with your ski boots on.
