The apartment was nice and very big. Clean as well. The staff was good. The only disappointment was the breakfast, it was not very good , need to be improved no ham, no cheese, they should offer a bit more. And last thing is that the place is very secure and safe.

The apartment was clean but was missing some utensils. They gave only 2 towels for our 5 days stay for 3 of us. It was 5-7 minutes walk from public transport.

It was a really good stay. It was very easy to communicate with the lady at Reception who was really nice. location is perfect, as two women we didn’t have problems walking around at night. Literally 10 minutes walk away from the Metro line and there’s food shops close by. Will definitely stay there again.

Getting in from the gates is not easy. It's not clear what buttons to push. Better signage to the reception would also help. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious.

If I were you, I'd think twice booking this place. The room/apartments are OK. But the communication, check-in and the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. Once you arrived at the location, you'll find no sign of Zenao Appart'hôtels, and you'd wonder am I at the right location? In fact they go by Stella Apartments, and that's the one you'd need to press for. If you are checking in after 8pm, then you'd have to wait at least an hour for an rude person to arrive, they'll take 40 Euros off you for late check in and throw a bunch of keys towards you. After that good luck with finding the apartment in the maize. Overall, we had a terrible experience staying at this place, and I were you, I'll look elsewhere. And yes, Hotel.com were not of much help either when contacted regarding the issues we faced during our stay.

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Amenities I had high hopes for my stay at Zenao Appart'hôtels Montreuil, especially considering its convenient location. However, my experience has been far from pleasant. Upon checking in, I requested extra towels from the staff, only to be bluntly told "no" by the receptionist. This kind of unaccommodating attitude is unacceptable, especially when staying at a hotel. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made my stay uncomfortable, particularly in warmer weather. This lack of basic amenities and poor customer service has overshadowed any potential positives. For my fellow Americans and any travelers who value comfort and good customer service, I strongly recommend finding alternative accommodations. It's disappointing to see such a lack of hospitality and consideration for guests. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.
