Convenient and Comfortable Rental Apartment in Paris
We stayed in this rental apartment for a week. The location is very convenient, just across the street from a metro station, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Despite being close to all these amenities, the apartment is quiet as it is set back a bit from the street. It is spacious enough for a family of four and very clean, with lots of towels provided. Communication with the owner was very easy, and they gave us plenty of instructions and information in advance. They also allowed us to leave our luggages in the room before check-in, which was a huge help since we arrived at Paris in the morning. The only downsides are that there is almost no view from the rooms, as they are on the ground floor and face a small courtyard, and there is a washing machine but no dryer. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment for its convenience and comfort.

It's spacious and nicely located near a lot of what people usually come to Paris to see, I think. Metro station right across the street. The beds are very comfortable. My wife liked them and she is tough to please in that regard.
It could use some tweaks to make it a more comfortable place (a towel rack in the bathroom, a handbook on how to use the appliances (we never did figure out how to use the stove top, but we were able to use an electric heater to heat water for tea and coffee which was all we really wanted anyway), a dresser to put clothes in in one of the 2 bedrooms are some examples). But, overall we thought it really worked well for the 4 of us, 2 couples so each had our own bedroom.
Would stay there again if we went with another couple. If just my wife and I were going it would be more than we would spend, but with 2 couples it worked out ok.
