Horrible l’appartement est coincé entre une rue très bruyante et l’entrée de l’immeuble

Tout simplement horrible. L’appartement est hors de prix pour ses prestations et les gérants n’ont que faire de leur client. J’ai exprimé clairement mon mécontentement, je ne suis restée qu’une nuit alors que je devais en passer 5. Personne ne m’a jamais appelle, aucun geste n’a été fait même pas un appel. Ils sont juste navrés! La boîte à clefs est immonde et la douche ne fonctionne pas. J’ai bien prévenu que je laisserais un message incendiaire, ça n’a eu aucun effet. En revanche j’ai eu 3 messages (sms, mail et WhatsApp’s) pour me dire quoi faire au moment de partir. J’ai juste eu l’impression d’avoir été prise pour une imbecile.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, la résidence et le quartier sont calmes et propres. L'hôtesse est très sympathique et impliquée, elle est très facilement joignable en cas de problème. Nous sommes très contents du séjour !
