Who ever I spoke to via email was very kind and helpful. For this, I would give 5*. The property itself...not too clean in rooms, dents in walls, sofa bed wasn't set up for us which I've not experienced in the past. Found out a part was broken so someone came and repaired it. Found hair by the sink/hairdryer and because the rooms have kitchenettes, you could smell what people were cooking in your room which we especially didn't like. The bed was incredibly comfortable though. There is a shop just across the road to get snacks and drinks. Close walking distance to Westfield and arena.

Great option with nearby la Défense train station easy to commute to key areas in Paris in 10 min. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Quality is good. I have been using this hotel for years now.

The couch in the room was so dirty we couldn’t sit on it. The bed sheets were like sandpaper and didn’t stay on the bed so you were either sleeping on the ripped mattress cover or on the dirty mattress it’s self. There was obvious water damage to the floor that had not been repaired. The shower grout was yellow from lack of cleaning. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff was overall okay, but not particularly friendly, some were noticeably unhelpful. The room didn’t match the photos: chipped paint, missing drapes, not very clean. There was a dead bug in the bathroom corner and long black hair in the sink. Had to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper. The laundromat situation left a bad taste, no refund for unused coins, and staff seemed afraid of the bald manager, who refused to help. Overall, the experience was just over okay, but it left a bad taste in the mouth.

Located in a quiet corner of La Defence. The metro was only a 10 minute walk. Many restruants and small grociery stores nearby including La Defence Arch Square. The breakfast was wonderful.

We were there for 4 nights. The location was a lot further away from public transport than expected. The a/c didn’t work properly, we were given a fan that only moved hot air around. The hall carpet was dirty and worn The elevator security system didn’t work properly and we were told to keep trying. Most of the front desk staff were abrupt and not very helpful.
