Europe trip

Nice place to stay just a little father away from center of Paris. But they had trains right around the corner.

Positives: The bed was comfortable and there was a really cool street a block over thay had many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Negatives: When we got in, the windows and curtains were closed and it was very hot. We checked the AC and it was set on 19 but the temp in the room was 28. I tried to change it, but no matter what, it stayed hot and almost no air came out of the vents. I contacted the owner and he gave me instructions on how to work the thermostat which didnt work. I contacted him again but he didnt get back to me until the next day. When he finally did, he argued with me that the AC worked finem. I assured him he didnt. He said someone would check on it the nxt day (50% through our visit). The person left a note saying it was working. It was not. The temp in the room never dropped until a thunderstorm came through and high winds cooled the room down. I contacted the owner again and he ignored me. The floor was so dirty the bottoms of our feet were black after walking around with no shoes for five minutes. The room was not decorated as in the pictures. No carpeting, no decorations except a picture frame withno pictures in the. The washer/dryer washed clothes, but got them no more than somewhat dry. They were still wet enough that i had to go to a local landromat. In summary, do not waste your money here. Im not sure why some of the reviews were high. Maybe they were from people who never stayed in a decent place. This place was a dump.

Great apartment for Paris

Great location with easy access to bus tram metro and train! Everything is within 30min! Apartment bldg is clean and some great local restos and boulangeries. Nice balcony to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Bien situé

Un peu de misère à l’arrivée pour les codes mais L’hôte Thierry nous a arrangé ce petit problème vitement . La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ; donc un peu chaud pour dormir. En général je recommande cet endroit.

Ménage en cours à notre arrivée. L'appartement devait etre disponible à 16h ,nous l'avons récuperé à 17h. Ce petit désagrément mis à part nous sommes très satisfait par cette location.

Très bon emplacement, très proche des transports en communs, parking très apprécié, la literie est très bonne, le propriétaire est très avenant et donne plein d'informations sur les transports en communs, magasins dans les environs, etc... Par contre, certaines améliorations pourraient être apportées: dans la cuisine plus de couverts (il n'y avait que deux fourchettes, trois couteaux et une cuillère), la châsse de la toilette ne fonctionne pas trop bien (un seul des deux boutons fonctionne) et le porte papier toilette ne tient pas. Mais dans l'ensemble très content de la location.

très bon séjour

aucune mauvaise surprise. appartement en dehors de Paris mais à 5 min à pied de la porte de versailles et du métro. Appartement calme et fonctionnel. Literie agréable, rideaux occultants efficaces. Les seuls petits points à noter, vaisselle pas très abondante, 2 petites cuillers, et propreté du sol à améliorer. Mais très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.
