Great Localization

Localization is great, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, close to metro station, close to different restaurants, markets and stores. The staff was gentle and speaking different languages what helps for tourists coming from different places from the world. The room is very small, depending on how much luggage you have there is not enough space and the bed was not the most comfortable I´ve ever tried, but in general as we were out for almost all day long this had not became a big issue.

Poor concierge and no porter service

Concierge doesn’t have knowledge about the carpark charges in front of the hotel. And he doesn’t have an interest to learn it. Instead he told me to find it out and tell him afterwards. No help is given to handle luggages into the hotel and into the room

fantastic location. very clean modern hotel. fabulous breakfast and helpful staff. but the room is small and the bathroom is way way too small. also the internet was slow you can use it to check emails but if you are on business trip trying to connect to your workplace via vpn to check on few thing you will be frustrated.

Great location, can be a bit noisy.

Location was good, within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful (unlike a lot of the locals). Downside was that there wasn't much sound privacy between the rooms and hearing the drunks next door come home at 4am and start vomiting and banging doors at 5am wasn't the best.

A small but awesome hotel!

We stayed from July 21 to July 24 and it was warm in Paris. The hotel room was small, but very comfortable. We had the king size bed and it was a true king-size bed and very comfortable. The room had great A/C and the overall service itself was great. The front desk, either day or night (we checked in at 11 pm, just call them ahead of time to ensure that they know that are coming in late), was awesome. We had breakfast all three days there and its basically an all-you-can-eat for 19 euros a person. Well spent if you plan on fueling up before heading out and exploring the city. There are a lot of great restaurants right at the door step, with one, "Le General", right next door. The metro is one block away, along with a McDonald's, Burger King, and a Starbucks, all literally 100 feet way from you, on Wagram Avenue, along with the Arc de Triomphe. This little hotel basically has it all and I will stay there again in a heartbeat. A great stay...don't miss out!
