We got switched rooms when we first arrived because the safe wouldn't lock, but it was handled quickly, politely and easily with no stress. The staff were very friendly. The lobby, lift and rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, great pillows. There were plenty of USB sockets in the rooms for all our gadgets. The only minor tweaks that I would make is that we didn't have a socket in the bathroom to charge our electric toothbrush and the shower head wasn't mounted to the wall, it was a handheld shower head. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel on every level. It's location 5 minutes from the A'd'T, 15 minutes from the Sky Bar, a handy distance from Gard De Nore and having a great Monoprix store 2 doors down, a great range of restaurants, just fab location. Thanks for looking after us.

The cleanliness not top notch

It was a great experience. However the housekeepers seem to cut corners. For instance the soap holder in the shower was dirty my entire stay (10 days). I never used it. The side of the floor close to the window remained dusty. On the day I checked-in the towels didn’t look fresh they had multiple stains unfortunately I found it out after my shower. I gave it the benefits of the doubt thinking that at least they’ve been washed but later in the week, my used towels were folded and put back on the shelf like in lieu of new ones. Mind you they were on the floor. Other than that the staff was really nice. The location is great . Everything you might need is at walking distance.

Foram 10 dias excelentes em Paris , e o Hotel mercúrio arco do triunfo Etoile tem um tamanho de quarto grande pro padrão Europeu,ficamos muito satisfeitos , a localização é excelente, perto de tudo , tem tudo ao redor, desde mercados a cafés e restaurantes,é bem pertinho do Arco do triunfo , voltaria outras vezes

Quarto sem ar condicionado no inverno. Muito calor, apesar do frio na rua. Quartos pequenos, cama com mola solta desconfortável. Localização é cerca de 700 metros do arco do triunfo ( rua inclinada), porém fica em uma rua comercial muito boa.

Had to use the bath robe to mop the dirt up off the floor. Say they recommend deliveroo for food as they only serve breakfast but then make you come down and get it after saying they let the drivers come up. No Iron was available when I requested one so had to steam up the bathroom to get rid of the creases in my clothes
