Beautiful boutique hotel, with stereotypically Parisian rooms (beautiful and elegant). Clean. WONDERFUL staff! They were all extremely helpful and caring and they spoke English well. Great location. Would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights from 10/30-11/6/25. Its main attraction was proximity to many ancient sites, good restaurants, and good museums. The hotel is located in a very old four story building which has been upgraded/modernized. There is a single small elevator. We did not need the AC but the heating worked well. The bath/shower faucets were difficult to use; the bathroom had a hairdryer and electric shaver outlet, but the staff had to supply our bathroom with an extension cord so I could use my own electric styling hairbrush. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but we did drink coffee and tea, as well as snacks supplied by the staff - these were available all day in the comfortable living room which has many bookslevles/books for you to read and chairs. One of the attractions of this hotel is the nice staff, including the very helpful desk and custodial/cleaning staff. The "Mourad Team" appeared to work well together and appreciate each other; they seem like "family" to each other and visitors. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here as well.

The room was fine. The hand held shower which had a hook so you could stand under it did not hold the shower head. And the drain did not drain. So showering was a challenge. Also the hair dryer did not work. We were only there a night so while I informed the staff they were unable to fix it only after we left. they would not be able to fix it w

We booked two night to escape a bad airbnb experience and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is cozy, quiet, with super comfortable beds, an amazing breakfast option, and in a lovely neighborhood steps from Luxembourg Gardens. It was a great decision to stay there!

The room was as clean as it could be given the general worn condition of the property. We had no hot water for the first day so I was allowed to use another room to shower. It did get fixed though it was only warm, not hot. The staff try hard and Maria was very good. Kitchen and breakfast staff were great.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms was clean but smallish, but that is typical of most European hotels. Only negative is there was a fair bit of street noise as our room was facing the street, even in early hours of the morning. The sun shone through our window and heated up the room and the AC wasn’t working so we had to keep windows open.

Beautiful air conditioned clean boutique hotel very well situated in Latin district with market and pharmacy across the street and restaurants nearby. Nice buffet breakfast available in the hotel also. Every employee at this hotel were so nice but a special mention to Maurad, the reservation manager. From the moment we arrived to our departure, Maurad was so friendly, kind and helpful. Walking directions, restaurant suggestions…if you need a taxi, he will get one for you at a touch of a button. Nice lounge area at the entrance with coffee and tea always available near the entrance also. We stayed in the Jr suite which was very nice. Nice size room with King size bed, love seat and chair. Bathroom had walk in shower and a tub with shower as well. Large closet with safe. We found the bed mattress a bit uncomfortable…that would be the only suggestion i would have for the owner to improve. I highly recommend this hotel.
