Paris Vacation

I was only there for 2 nights but the space was perfect for us. Would've liked a better location but we didn't know at the time of booking where we would be going during this time. Overall very happy.

Suspicious Listing / Questionable Neighborhood/ Fraudulent

We were given instructions to pick up a key for property from a convenience store that was a distance from property (not convenient with luggage -15 min+ walk). Upon arrival we were told the key no longer is at the location and we needed to get in touch with the host/owner. We were unable to get in touch with owner for some time, and in a state of uncertainty/stranded. It started to feel very much like we were being scammed/fraudulent listing. After much time host said to meet at residence and agent would arrive immediately- again not able to get with host directly (called several times/email/platform correspondence). This did not happen. Once at property we were harassed by a resident of the property who was drunk and threatening- with a group of others. They would not leave us alone, to the point a store owner came out to intervene. We unfortunately had to take a taxi and later make other arrangements. We immediately contacted VRBO and host for intervention/refund. Still waiting on resolution. We are extreme users of VRBO and this time it feels like we’ve been scammed. TBD on resolution.

Saint-Ouen ist ein guter Start für Paris!

Das Apartment ist ein guter Start für einen Städtetrip Paris. Die RER und auch Metro ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Man kann sogar von Montmartre nach Hause spazieren. Es sind auch genug Läden in der Nähe für alles was man braucht. Das Apartment ist einladend mit seinem französischem Flair. Die Teilung von Küche unten und Schlafplatz und Bad oben ist praktisch.

Cool place to stay in Paris

We stayed for 10 days in Paris in the flat. The area may be a bit run down, but the owner put quite some effort into making the flat nice and stylish. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Tolle Wohnung. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Kommunikation mit Guest Ready hat leider nicht geklappt, da die Emailadresse nicht gefunden wurde. Sehr schade!
