With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet. Wonderful property. Amazing location. Great host. The one thing I would mention is the floors are hard wood and very squeaky so it’s hard not to make noise when walking around. The neighbors below knocked on our door because our footsteps were loud even though we were being as quiet as possible. That was a little stressful. Otherwise, everything was great!

Excellent location. Good apartment for a family of four. Functional appliances/amenities in good condition (washer/dryer, shower, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc). Comfortable beds. One toilet in a separate room from the shower. Floors are VERY creaky due to age of the building (but even the wood floors are pretty). The apartment does not face the street but instead opens to two courtyards which provides privacy and a quiet stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a good welcome. All was fine except that the stovetop burner controls need adjusting. Burners are difficult to turn on so that they stay on for use. Otherwise, it is a lovely apartment.

This flat is located in a great neighborhood in the 6th arrondissement near restaurants (2 located across the street) and a Paris metro stop. Many sites are within walking distance. On the whole this is an excellent property. The property is accurately described and the photos are fair. As others have noted the floors squeak, so keep that in mind if you are noise-sensitive. The property is extremely well located near shopping, grocery, restaurants and major tourist attractions. It is delightfully free of traffic noise even though in a bustling area. Communications with the owner Frederic and Eddy, the fellow who let us in, were excellent. Building security is good.While the property is great overall, some things could be better. The heating has no thermostat, you just have to manually adjust knobs on the radiators that are in each room. It looks like the unit may have had forced air or air conditioning at one point (there are wall vents) but these don't work now. Most of the lights in the kitchen ceiling did not work due to some electrical problem that could not be fixed during our stay. Eddy found some table lamps so we could use the kitchen at night. The beds are in good shape, but on the firm side. The apartment is minimally supplied: not enough toilet paper, no paper towels or garbage bags, no wastebaskets except in bath, so plan to run to the store upon arrival. On the whole it's great with some relatively minor considerations to keep in mind.

We were a little concerned about one bathroom for two couples but it wasn’t an issue at all. It’s a good sized bathroom and there is a completely separate water closet.
