The staff was always friendly and happy to help. The room and surrounding areas like hallways, elevator and lobby were neat and clean. The place needs some maintenance. Holes in walls, toilet seat loose, our on-the-wall hairdyer contraption that looked like something from the 1960s was held together with tape, are just a few examples. It was however air conditioned which was a Godsent in the heat wave. The staff were also lovely and the location was around many restaurants.
