Excellent experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the help from the front desk clerk calling a taxi to CDG with a flat rate, avoiding any inflated fare scams. The hotel has been recently renovated and is steps away from Bastille Metro Station with easy access all over the city. A good breakfast offering. Very impressed with the service and value.

This was a very nice hotel. The location was convenient to the metro which made it easier to get around Paris. They were doing renovations at the time of my stay but once there are done the lobby should look great. I didn’t like having to give my room key to the front desk every time I left and picking it up once I was back but someone was always available at the front desk.

Friendly staff, well located hotel

Hotel is very well located. Christine, the front desk lady was very welcoming and helpful when we asked her about anything. The rooms are small but in good condition. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a lobby and there is construction on the ground floor.

This property is currently undergoing an upgrade in the Common Areas which does not impact guest comfort. From the time we arrived we could not have wished for better service. We were offered a trade for no housekeeping but continental breakfast included which we took. The best deal ever and in 40 years of travelling can’t remember such a quality food offering and service. The rooms were of a high standard and very clean with very comfortable beds. Location was good for us, a short walk to the Seine. Would stay again.

We had two shows at Opera Bastlle. Hotel was a 5 minute walk across the street. Staff very friendly, buffet breakfast was more than what we needed. Highly recommend.
