This property is older - from the 1700s, so they do the best they can with the limitations of what can be changed on the hotel since its historic. The staff are the friendliest ever! Would recommend skipping breakfast in favor of a cafe. Laundromat in walking distance. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Can't beat the location, across street from Louvre.

We had a lovely stay. Pretty unbeatable location, and the hotel had so much charm. Beds, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable and allowed us to adjust to the time difference easily. We did have some troubles with the AC, but otherwise great

Overall a very pleasant stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent Ovation to Rue Rivoli and Blvd de l’Opera. Eric and Laurent very helpful, Eric shared history of the hotel, dates pre-1700, historic area next to Saint Roch Church. Minor inconvenience was that Hot water not very hot. But a good place to stay.
