L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de l’Arc de Triomphe. Le personnel est courtois et accueillant. Toutefois, la propreté pourrait être améliorée dans la chambre. Nous avons remarqué une tache sur une porte et l’extracteur d’air de la salle de bain était couvert de poussière.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, but the staff, especially those in the breakfast area, were not as friendly or welcoming as we expected. My main complaint is that the air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all. When we arrived, the room was very warm, so we tried to switch it on — but nothing happened. I called reception and was told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to start working. Still nothing. After another call, they apologised and said there was nothing they could do except provide a fan. Really? A €250-per-night room with no working A/C? They assured us it would be fixed the next day, but guess what — it wasn’t. Overall, the location is the only real highlight. There was no genuine effort from the staff to make guests feel welcome or comfortable..

The staff was friendly, and the location was okay—it’s a bit farther from the Arc than it seems, but there is a Metro station nearby, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not very clean. There appeared to be mold on the walls near the AC vents and in the bathroom. The room was also much smaller than the photos suggested. We were three people traveling together, and I would not recommend the room we booked for that many guests. We added the breakfast buffet option, but it was not worth the daily cost. On top of that, the nightly rate was very expensive for what we received. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to family or friends.

This is my second time staying at this hotel (last October and now in September), the staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me the same room as last year when requested. The hotel is clean and close to many attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and clean accommodations

Perfect accommodations. Great location for walking. Clean rooms, bedding, bathroom. Plenty of room, considering European room sizes. If they raised beds a bit, luggage could fit underneath and really make more space in room - but that’s only a suggestion. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
