All was good except for a very rude (almost contentious) staff at check-in. Everyone else was great and everything else worked out well for us. Easily accessible and close to all major sites. We were almost relieved not to see the one particular staff after the first day!

Perfect location in Latin quarter right by metro Cluny and St Michel. 10 min walk to Notre Dame and Seine. Front desk always amazing and kind. Room plain but worked. Need to fix drapes in 53 but besides that all was well.

The room for two adults was so Basic and small. No Safe, no glasses (paper cups), no tissues. There were ants in the room. Within 10 minutes of being in our room, the lights went out - mgmt had to find the fuse and fix it. Location was good.

We really liked this very clean and tidy, modern reasonably-priced hotel (small rooms, interior walls could be thicker, but no street noise). Diana is situated between the Sorbonne and Cluny-Sorbonne/St Michel/NotreDame on the Left Bank. Very close to Notre Dame, Pantheon, Latin Quarter and St. Germain and lots of mass transit stations (RER to airports, Batobus on-off river boats, metro to everywhere). Walking distance to the Right Bank and Jardin des Plantes (we highly recommend the old, 19th c. museum of Paleontology and Comparative Zoology over the modern Museum of Natural History and its hall of evolution -- though both are worthwhile). Lots of nice restaurants on Rue Mouffetard. The area near the Pantheon has lots of students, bars, and cafes. La Creperie on Rue St. Jacques facing the Pantheon is awesome. For us the Pantheon was a highlight of our trip with an amazing 360 degree panorama of Paris (albeit many steps up), a sacred place for France and the Enlightenment. We highly recommend getting bread and pastries for takeout from La Maison d'Isabelle, not to be deterred by the lines that form. The Musée de Cluny just around the corner is not to be missed (Roman baths and unicorn tapestries).

Nice hotel

Great deal in Paris. Small hotel in close walking distance to Notre Dame. Very clean and comfortable. The name of the hotel has changed. Very, very small sign on the window that says hotel Diana. It looks like a hotel chain K bought it and is K Sorbonne.

Surprisingly, it is quite roomy for 3 people. Only dislike point is the shower door is not big enough to keep water within the shower. Also no cups in the bathroom that we have to ask for the paper cups.

Good location and clean

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very good location near Notre Dame. The room was very basic; no coffee maker in the room, no drinking glasses, no shelf for my things in the bathroom, no drawers for clothes.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is excellent. Room was compact but comfortable. Nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast and excellent staff. They had to deal with no internet services because of a flood in the area but still maintained a high level of professionalism.
